We have a great reputation for serving up delicious, gastro pub style food. We’re passionate about food and our menu uses fresh, seasonal ingredients from Scotland’s larder.
Working as part of our food and beverage team offers you a friendly, fast paced and challenging experience. Our 60-seater restaurant and lounge bar are popular with both hotel guests and locals.
About the role
You’ll work with our Head Chef and be able to demonstrate your ability to work with high volumes and keep calm when the pressure’s on. You’ll also help train and coach commis chefs to help them achieve their career aspirations, just as we’ll help you with yours.
